Hello O scale world ...before Lionel's PRR B6 Switcher,...there was the Pratt...in glorious 17/64ths scale . Cast bronze boiler and tender puts this in a heavy weight category. Outside 3rd rail...., hand of God reverse, priced as a kit above Lionel's RTR example. Offered 1938-40. Here shunting a Bristol board scratch built PRR P70 coach also 17/64ths ..mid 30's.

hello all thank you for your kind words I had fun putting this one together as I had three of them to work from picking and choosing the right pieces . No idea how many they made I would say not too many their ad in 1940 claims it's a new and improved better boiler but I've only seen three of these and they all look the same to me so unknown if they are the new improved one or the old unimproved one. Pratt used bronze so I'm unaware of any diecast one out there other than the Lionel which is significantly smaller.

Hello all Bob be careful what you ask for.  your roundhouse might have to build another stall

the nickel or Chrome mountain is a scale craft must have been a display of some sort in their catalog they had a chrome or nickel Hudson and this appears to be there Mountain display engine.
