I just got done down loading 5.0 to my TIU and Remote using Windows 7 from my sons lap top. I tried to do it with my PC and could not. I think it may be because I have Windows 10 on my PC so I would like to know if anyone has been able to do the down load with Windows 10?
If so then I have to look at some other issue with this machine that caused me all the trouble.

Oh yea, the 5.0 is working fine on my system and so is the WI-FI.

Yes, I have windows ten and it worked.
I think it may have some issues locating the TIU? There was a post already on curing that? What was your's doing?
Hi Joe, it found the TIU just fine. My problem was when I down loaded the soft ware from MTH there was no attachments in the file folder. Everything was fine except there was no files attached to the folder.
I got a message that Adobe could not find requested files.
Now that I know the problem has nothing to do with windows 10 I'm now thinking that I set Adobe as my preferred attachment reader when I up dated it the other day. In other words my PC is opening everything as a PDF file and MTH is not sending it as such.
With all the help that I'm getting I will get to the bottom of this, I'm sure it will be a simple fix when we find out what I did to my system and fix it.
