Can you turn off the lighted track if it gets on your nerves after a while - or are you stuck with it? Thank you Greg

I would guess each section has an insulated rail triggered by the wheels completing the circuit. You'd be stuck with it.

There would have to be either a power connection or ground connection to the insulated rail that could be rerouted through a switch, as you would do with any insulated rail. I have all my insulated rail accessories and relays on switches.

Without having any knowledge of this new track other than what I've seen in the catalog I'm going to say no.
