R142a back again

Zach, The R142A is still the 6 line =/ The maroon R17 is the 4 train and the R17 blue and silver is the 2 train, if you look closely at the pictures of them on the flatcars

I just contacted mth trains and they said that it will be the R142A on the 6 line running only 4 cars. A-B-B-B.

Which means you have to buy the 20-98954 flat car to get an end unit.

The addon set 30-20191-3 also shows B units.

Best part is they are charging $10 dollars more and we are getting one less car and have to buy one to get the end "A" unit!!!

 

It's just MTH's way of getting more money -_- but the surprising part is the one on the flatcar is a powered unit

It's really powered? What about the r17 on the flat? 

     Not powered.  The flats never are.  There are two options. A flat with the lead car (looks like a powered car but would be a dummy) and a flat with a "middle" car.  Don't over-analyze the pics - meaning that you can see the motor box in the window.  Most likely the only "A" car they had available to photograph.  Not confirmed yet, but I believe the maroon 17 is going to be the 6 where they were mostly delivered.  But, I'd be fine either way, 4 or 6. 

 

     I'd love to see the R36 return as a Redbird marked for the 4, although I don't think they can use the bullet logo required for a redbird set.    ...and the R15 in silver and blue signed for the 1.

+1 for the R-15 and the R-12, 14, 21 and 22 or ANYTHING in blue and silver for the 1!

 I'll help ya out, the cars are renumbered, the R142A is 7221-7224 and yes the maroon set is a new release, the others I are re releases
