Railking Northern Squeak

I purchased a MTH Railking FEF in December, and it has an annoying squeak to it. It happens at the same point with each full revolution of the drivers. I've checked the drivers and side rods, lubed all of the moving points per the manual, but still can't get the squeak to go away.

Anyone out there have a similiar experience with their Railking Northern?
