Railroad Museum in O scale Sumner Washington?

I was sorting through some old train magazines and came across a flyer from many years back advertising a "Railroad Museum in O Scale" " See just about every engine that ever ran in American rails in O scale" "Watch us build a huge 3800 sq. ft. opearting train layout. " Open weekends "Located above Baron Manfred von Vierthaler's Winery Restaurant on Highway 410 Between Sumner and Bonney Lake Washington.

I do not recall every hearing again about this layout? And can not find any information on this. Did anyone ever see it in operation? Any history?
