I bought a Lionel Nickle Plate 407 Bay Window Caboose 6-19752 from 1998 set number 6-21750 i’ve had it out of the box and tested it for less than 15 minutes as I had to go to work(On the railroad).
My question is there’s a red in the rear that works, gets lower and brighter with voltage but doesn’t blink like my other three bay windows. Is it supposed to blink or More or less stay constantly on?
The other three are blink but they are several years newer (NYA, Sante Fe Archive, and western Maryland
