Red Paint on Lionel's 5 Star General Questions

Hi everyone! Its been a while since I last posted in February.

I'm here to ask about the red paint used specifically on both the new and the original Lionel 5 Star Generals. I had just bought three Testors enamels: Glossy Red, Flat Red, and Dark Red. However, I am still trying to match the correct shade for the domes on my model.

Which shade(s) of red is/are the closest to the official color?

How do the two shades differ from each other?
