Picked this relay up in a junk lot on eBay, and was hoping someone would know where it originated. Not sure if it works, as it has so many 'terminals' I wouldn't be sure which ones to hook up the juice to. I'm thinking it might belong to some animated accessory?

This looks like a DPDT 12AC relay. The two terminals on the bottom closest to the coil would activate it, if functional. The other two sets (separate circuits) of three terminals each are Common, Normally Open, and Normally closed. Not sure what the voltage and current ratings are for the contacts. You could test it by applying 12VAC across the coil.
Found this:

which would indicate that the contacts are likely rated at 8 Amps.
Must be one that didn't make the data-sheet, they don't have a 12VAC coil model listed.
Other than that, is sure looks good for the right pick.

With the modular design (interchangeable contact assemblies and coils) this relay may be listed on another datasheet I didn’t find after a few minutes searching. The DPDT contacts you highlighted in this one seem to match the OPs pictures.
It's a Guardian 200 series relay with DPDT contacts and a 12VAC coil. Sold in the 1950 Allied Radio catalog. See photo. There is a website with Allied Radio catalogs at AlliedCatalogs dot com
