One of the wheels on my son's 0-6-0 LionChief has come loose and sometimes causes the drive rods to jam and stop the loco from running. I tried looking on the Lionel site for spare parts but didn't find anything. Any suggestions?

I would recommend searching on the Lionel Replacement Parts page for the particular product number for the set the locomotive was included in, or the locomotive itself if it was a separate sale item to verify that you're getting the proper parts. They've made a few different changes through the production of the 0-6-0s, so make sure you're getting the parts for your particular version.
That said, the wheel-sets do appear to be available for this particular model so I have the feeling you'll be able to find what you're looking for.
