replacing Lionel O Gauge transformers

I forgot how to search:

What are affordable upgrades /replacing transformers for post war Lionel O gauge power? I have small , floor layout for under the tree with a couple old Lionel Whistle tenders. Even the Old Z look too heavy to run/ship/repair.

The 250 & 275 ZW models are perfect for your application. I use an original 1948 version at Christmas every year.

Two LW models would do very nicely too.
