I see everyone using what is obviously a 'reply with a quote', some have a dotted box around it, others have a different shade of grey.
I can clearly see how to post a reply, but not with a quote???

Instead of hitting "post reply." click on the little box just above it and to the right..the one with the two little orange-looking things...they're actually a set of quotation marks but if your eyesight isn't great, they're a little hard to make out!

If you do what Mike suggests, you get this!
How 'bout that.

Hugh:
Thanks for asking as I had no idea either. I just figured it would come to me one day. Well, it has, and today is the day - thanks to you! :-)
John
Now I got a real problem!
This is probably going to turn out to be a browser problem or something.
I do not see what you see. Screen is pure vanilla!
Does your screen look like this? (This is using Safari btw.) In the lower right-hand corner of the shaded area there are those two tiny boxes. The right-hand one is the reply-with-quote.
Mike!
Nope, my screen format is completely different.
I have to go out right now, but when I come back, I will dig up some more facts, Snip a picture so maybe we can get this resolved.
Thanks,
Hugh
OK,
Something funny going on here.
I took my wife's laptop and went into the forum doing everything the same on both machines. I did this after running BelArc on both machines to make sure they are the same. They are windows 7 home premium Service Pack 1 build 7601. Memory same and both are 64 bit ready. Explorer is the same, 9.00.8112.16421.
Her machine works fine, I see what you see and choice is clear and works.
Not so on mine.
1) I get the note on mine that say my explorer is not supported ...but it is.
2) Her's runs the forum topic all the way out to the right up and to the sponsors. My ends 1/2 way across.
See attached snip
I also do not get the banner options at top of the blue OGR banner. Mine only gives search!
OK,
So I switched to Foxfire and problem disappeared.
I hate problems that have no defined solution.
I tried to turn off 'compatability' mode as per other post instructions but could not find it in tools.
Now I have a long list of changes that Foxfire wants so off to work i go!
