In question is the CN Turbo Train 20-20036-1
This train is PS 3.
When I cut all power, expecting the 7 second shutdown sequence........It does not happen.
Engine cuts out immediately and on subsequent startup....no engine found, displays.
I have to remove and re-enter the engine.
Sounds like the Capacitors may have failed?
All help appreciated.

One of the supercaps failed. Same scenario as a PS2 loco with a dead battery. It won’t save the engine name in the remote. BB0000063
