Can anyone respond if Right O' Way is still in business?
I am aware that we lost a fine Gentleman (Louis R. Cross), I just don't know if the business remains.

I was unaware of Lou's passing. Sorry to hear about that. The website has a message dated Jan 5, 2016 that products will be unavailable for 120 days due to Lou's passing. You might want to call the number listed on the website to inquire if any additional information is available at this time.

To add to my previous comment, please remember the number is on the West Coast. I'll also add, there are plans for Right-O'-Way to continue operations. The 120 days is a standard here in California and during that time nothing can be sold, distributed, given away, etc. The 120 day requirement will be over around the end of April/first of May. Chicago is too soon but OSW should fall after the required time frame.
