Does anyone make decals for a Rio Grande SD35? Or, would decals for a SD40 work? Of course, I can't find the decals for that one either, I have an Atlas O UP SD35 that I want to convert to Rio Grande, but I can't find the decals. Thanks!

Micro Scale has (or had) Rio Grande O scale EMD hood unit decals. BTW, the Grande didn't have SD35's. The O scale decals will be correct on SD40T-2 and SD45's.
Along with SD50's and GP40-2's and GP60's. But I know it's your railroad.
Check with P&D Hobbies or Des Plaines for out of stock Microscale decals. I've gotten the Rio Grande 2nd gen hood units decals from P&D at the March meet. You might also consider the small speed lettering set if it exists. I think earlier units would have had the smaller size.
