Hi Gang - after looking at a few previous threads from the forum members I've decided that the easiest way to model a town road would be to use roofing felt.  I went to Lowes today and found that it comes in huge rolls - here are my questions that I hope someone can answer:

1.  Where can I buy roofing felt in smaller quantities/rolls?

2.  For those of you that have used this material before what is the best way to glue down the felt to painted homosote?

Thanx -

Paul

any roofing contractor usually has some left over from a recent job. Thats how I got mine. BTW as a suggestion  would suggest a double layer.  I used white glue.

Actually have different materials for various roads. I used the roof paper in one town. For highways I used concrete backer board ( Doesn't need much support.)
