Running conventional on legacy

I've been scratching my was with this one and I'm starting to regret buying the legacy system. I've got a tpc 400 connected to the legacy system. How do I run mth ps1 engines and conventional engines with the legacy remote? I also have my old cab1 setup as well. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you previously run them with the CAB1/BASE1 and TPC combo? You run them pretty much exactly the same way with the Legacy.

Are you getting the track voltage to vary with the Legacy CAB2 using the TPC? Did you look in the TPC manual on the MTH PS/1 operating features?
