I was wondering if anyone had successfully figured out a way to run signal bridges and block signals using power directly from the track, rather than having to run separate wires back to the transformer.  It seems like this would be possible with the 153c contactor plate and maybe a lock-on, but I can't seem to wrap my head around how to do it, or if it's possible at all.  I just want to avoid having to run separate wires all the way back to a transformer for each signal light.  Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I created this insulated rail signal driver for various scenarios, including all powered from the track.  You can get them from Henning's Trains:  Insulated Track Signal Driver, Rev. 2

Here's the documentation package for the board: Insulated Rail Signal Driver Rev. 2 Documentation.pdf

Here's a diagram from the above documentation link for driving the signal and board all from track power.
