I'm pretty sure it's slated for next year (2021) with it being in the second catalog of this year (2020) for Lionel.

It’s due date is shown as “2nd quarter 21”. I am still waiting for a flat-spot boxcar that was due in January 2020, so I would add a couple of months and say maybe 4th quarter of 2021. Just remember that old Heinz commercial with Carly Simon singing Anticipation.
