Do you mean the ones that are on the rails right now? I saw it parked on a siding by my house in Houston a year ago.
Or are you referencing a train from several decades ago...?
It's a LONG train when in motion. Saw it going up the Cajon grade. It's combination of several passenger cars and 89-foot flats with a couple of box cars thrown in as I recall. All of the component cars are available, but you're talking about a big load for your motive power. The up side is that you can pretty much use any road you want for the motive power.
K-line was doing a Ringling Red Train around the time they ended. I have several of the flats and a few of the longer Aluminum passenger cars.
The last cars from today's era I believe were K-Line's aluminum cars; not sure if they were 18" or 15"? No others made today that I'm aware of.
K-Line, Lionel, and Williams by Bachmann have all made Ringling Bros. train sets, locos, and cars. Check the web sights of the forum sponsors for availability. MTH has also made "Great American Circus" trains. Lionel also made "operating" circus cars like the elephant, gerraff, and rino cars.

Forty long passenger cars, or the equivalent length thereof carrying livestock/equipment.
Two long baggage cars
Nineteen 89' flat cars
The total is approximately 61 very long cars and two locomotives.
The equivalent length in O scale would be over 100 feet.
