I am shopping for Ring terminals for attaching wires to the Atlas switch machines. I am using 18/2 thermostat wire. When I look at the "Big Box" stores the Red insulated ring terminals for 16-22 awg have a spec for #6 stud. That seems almost to big for the size of the screw in the switch machine. I would think I would prefer a #4 but going to an Electronic store like Mouser the price is in the Neighborhood of $30 for 100 versus $8 for a like number at the "Big Box" store. Thoughts?
