Is there a source where I can buy seated engineer crewmen for MTH RailKing engines? Do I have to go through MTH parts or is there an aftermarket source?

Our local store has the MTH ones in stock, they look nice. Not sure if they are a bit "smaller" like the passenger car people are for better fit. Arttista figures are nice too, though normally a little "chunkier" than the MTH pieces.
