I ordered the new CNJ Liberty Herald from Mr. Muffin's back in January and when it arrived at my house, I was blown away by how beautiful the engine was. That made me then order the Queen of the Valley from Mr. Muffin's too! My second loco came a few days later and to my surprise it was a 2nd Liberty Herald engine. This was a very easy mistake to make since the only differences to the outer shipping boxes were #831 and #835 in small font.

I emailed Mr. Muffin's who responded almost instantaneously after I hit send (well after their posted hours). They apologized, gave me a return label, and promptly shipped the correct #835 loco to me.
#835 is now here running very happily next to the other CNJ engines I have.

Kudos to Mr. Muffin's Trains who has yet again proven that they are an awesome company to do business with.
