These are some shots of my almost done layout. I am very pleased with my effort. There are a lot of shouda, woulda and coulda areas on the layout, but maybe someday. If you have any questions about anything with this layout, please ask and I will be honored to answer you. MilwRdPaul

Looks nice, Paul. Keep up the good work. Someday, if I can ever figure out how to post photos, I'll send along a few shots of my layout. It's coming along nicely, now after some 14 years of working on it. We Milwaukee guys have to stick together.
By the way, a couple of Weaver's new rib-side box cars will look very nice on your layout. We'll be making the first shipments in February, with additional car styles and decoration coming along each month.

Paul...you have done a wonderful job! Very nice! How about posting all of those on the Mid America site for others to enjoy too??
Thanks,
Alan
A very impressive result you have there, Paul. You have a nice variety of scenes and detail. I like it.
Very good job.
Wow like the layout, great job. Time to add a subway line?????
Lovely work indeed Paul. I wish I had that much space for my meagre efforts. Give yourself a well earned pat on the back.
Beautiful Job, Paul. Thanks for posting your pictures so that we all see the progress on your railroad. I love your pink Buick convertible.
Nice work. I especially like the street scenes - wish I had room for a town on my layout. I agree with fisch330 - you definitely need some ribbed boxcars on your layout. They are iconic for the era and the Weaver ones are made in USA.
Very nice work. Enjoyed the pictures.
Very nice. I love the downtown street you have, with enough width for parking lanes and realistic spacing between lanes, etc. Very nice look to it. The variety of building colors and heights you have look realistic. There is a lot there to explore with the eye. Nice tracks and countryside, too.
Nice job Paul! Great looking layout!
Nice Job Paul. I always wonder when I see that Milwaukee Road sign you have posted on the side of the bus station where it came from? Mine was an old refridgerator magnet from when my Dad work for the Milwaukee.
Here is an idea...
Add some super streets to your city....
See you are not done
Nice work Paul. Now that you are finished, why not take it down and build another one. That will cure your depression. Thanks for sharing. Nick
Very, Paul.
Thank you all for your very kind words and advice for curing the depression. To Paul Fischer and Southwest Hiawatha, I've had some on order since they were announced. Looking forward to their arrival.
Matthew B. That Milw Rd sign is a Miller Engineering sign that flashes when turned on.
Very creative, Paul! I like the downtown scenes and your choice of colors!
Very nice, and large! You have a very nice location an and layout there, looks like it is a lot of fun.
Good looking model railroad, Lots of interesting street scenes.
thank you for posting all the terrific photos.
