Sounds not working in MTH Eng

the crew talk, brake sounds, coupler sound does not work on my new MTH engine...any ideas

Do I have to do a feature reset on the remote...I have done the soft key thing, hitting auto, but still no sounds.

All the rest of the sounds on the engine work ok.....

Go into Sounds and make sure all the individual sound volumes are turned up to full volume.

If they are, try a factory reset and re-add the engine to your remote.
