This locomotive does not have a removable bottom plate.
Remove the grease screw and put .5-1.0 mL of grease in there and put a drop or two of light oil on the axle between the frame and each driver.
Make sure you oil all the pivots and valve guides of the drive rods as well.

This should prevent any noise from these areas. Again, axle bearings and gears usually don't squeal. Its typically the pickup rollers or the shaft bushing on the can motor that do.
If its a high pitched squeal I'd be going after the motor shaft bushing. This is more involved and requires removing the shell.
