IS it possible to wire the 115 station with its stop feature with the ps3 318e christmas set. I didn't see a switch for locking it to go one direction. And all I have to run it with is the 50w block and remote.

The best way is to use a programed route on your full DCS and let it repeat.
To use the 115 station add a relay with the Normally open voltage set at 5 volts.
Set the Normally closed voltage to 18 volts.
When the station stops the train the 5 volts will not allow it to move but still enough voltage to keep the board activated.
It works i have been doing it since PS-2 came out with no problems.
