I have a MTH PS3 4-8-4 steamer. The drawbar with connector keeps becoming dislodged from its port on the tender causing the engine to stall. Does anyone have any Suggestions, Ideas, Recommendations for FIRMLY securing these connectors together?

I believe that a train store (Ready to roll in Miami?) made a lock for just this reason? I'll try and find it. Would a zip tie work?
Use a piece of clear tubing. This can be obtained at any hardware store. I use this on many of my steamers
MTH now has a rectangular rubber drawbar retainer. Your local ASC should have them.
What NSP154 said works and works good. also cheap and available at hardware store.

Brice and Clem...I don't understand....sorry...do you have a photo and how it would be used on the engine?
Thank you both!

Clem: THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!! for going to all that trouble to help me. I can't believe that a small piece of tubing like that keeps the "ends" connected. I'm glad that it works for you. I hope that it works for me. THANK YOU again!
