TrainBub,

I like your thinking... But the factory can switch on production of the full size easily and quickly, already talking about tagging them on to the SF Super Chief 1938 production later this year. Any changes to design would take time, add cost, inject uncertainty in production that would require more supervision, which is difficult right now for obvious reasons. I think we will stick with our full scale offering for now with limited numbers. Sometimes it's better to keep things under control (KISS) than to maximize orders. JMHO.

I can appreciate the ability and value to tack on a short run of MR on the SF Super Chief run. A scalable operation to due two roads to get to the numbers you need is a nice option. 👍  And KISS is always good but the MR in O42 is a good opportunity you should not miss.

Another view of this beautiful train.
Congratulations to Scott Mann and crew for making it!

In the last shot, who made the Studebaker tractor trailer? Yellow cab/tractor and silver trailer.

These Studebaker trucks were made by “U.S. Model Mint” which is affiliated with Brooklin models.

Thank you.
