Hello.
In S scale, has there been/ is there a SW1500 and/or a MP15DC made? How is the scale accuracy of the model?
I found that Gilmaur was going to introduce a SW1500 kit, but the Gilmaur website is gone and that maybe ALCO Models did a MP15AC, but the store listing the item never replied.

Justin - the NASG website (NASG dot org) has a pretty up to date listing of just about everything produced in S gauge. It shows the SW1500 with Gilmaur's name associated with it. There is a link there to a flicker post, here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/...m-72157669077637085/ but I have no idea whether all of that was a one-off. Nothing listed for the MP15. You could check some of the 'usual suspects', like River Raisin or Southwind or ...?
Neither River Raisin or Southwind made an SW1500 or MP15AC.

Gilmaur did make the SW1500 kit in S scale, this was a rework of the O scale kit. The kits require trucks and drive.
I worked with Mike Calvert of Gilmaur to develop the S scale kits. The S scale kits are not currently in production and I have the remaining stock. There is one sw1500 kit available

Hello Colin. I am familiar with the Gilmaur SW1500 O scale kit.
I was hoping that there is a ready to play version of the SW1500 or MP15DC available. I am gathering that is not an option in S.
I might be interested in the kit. I don't have pm privileges.

Sorry no ready to play versions. We only did them as kits and didn’t do the mp15dc.
I have kit bashed an MP15DC from the SW1500 it’s not a job for the faint hearted, you’ve got to stretch the deck, fuel tank, long hood and chassis
