About 10-15 years ago I did about 6-8 TMCC installs or Cruise upgrades and always tested them on my layout. I don't remember any issues with runaway trains.
Today I had a new install run away on me after running about 20 minutes with no issues. After that happened I ordered a set of test rollers.
This has me wondering do others put their locos through any test or run them for any specific period of time after a command system install or upgrade before turning them loose on the layout?
