Several months ago my Legacy set abruptly ceased operation. Haven't had the time to troubleshoot it since and wanted to wait until after the Holidays to request a RA number for return. Finally sent it back on Jan 17th or 18th and asked what time frame I was looking at for repair. Was told 6 - 8 weeks. Oh well, no operation for awhile and I even considered buying a back up of some kind. Seems they are scarce to non-existent and I've not kept up with all the variations and choices for a similar unit out there now to make a sensible purchase decision. Much to my surprise, FedEx pulls up a week ago I think it was with my unit. ABout a one week turnaround. That's really appreciated! Thanks Lionel. :-)
