Back in January this year I ordered and received a K-line WSLC Porter.  Not until August did I unpack and place it on track, only to find it somehow stuck in neutral.  An exchange of e-mails with WD provided some suggestions, with no results, then an assurance that if I sent it back with a note, it would be exchanged for a working Porter.  2 weeks later I now have a new in box Porter, no problems at all.  Thanks for the prompt and fair service, Western Depot.
