Our Visionline Class A has a dead headlight and non-working pop-off steam. So I called Lionel.
Answered after one ring, switched to Kristen who explained things, could not have been nicer, and I printed the return label, all in less than five minutes. And yes, she even gave me an estimate of 6-8 weeks which I already knew.
