There’s always one!

Just got a brand new set of the Lionel 21” Southern Pacific Daylight passenger cars. Why is there always one coupler that always comes open when its running around the track? It never fails. After inspecting said coupler, it seems to look ok. Now what do I do to fix it? Thoughts?
