Uncheck follow this topic.  That's what I do.

I only allow emails when someone likes my post. Everything else is disabled.

IIRC the only way you receive emails for responses to a topic is because you checked "Follow This Topic"? So as FEET said, just uncheck "Follow This Topic".

There can also be something in your Profile. In your Profile click  "Notifications" and then click "Primary Notifications". See if "Email me whenever someone posts to any content I specifically follow." is check marked and if so, un-checkmark.

You have complete control over how many and what type of email you get from this forum. Unchecking “follows” is a start.

Look in your profile and set up your notifications the way you want them. That will help, too.

You receive emails because you most likely replied to the post at one time or another.  At the upper left is the unfollow link.  Go to the post using the email link and uncheck it.
