Tomar Industries has been sold.

This is the information posted on the National Association of S Gaugers website on June 19:

Duane Henry announced that they have sold Tomar Industries to P.F. & S. Railway Supply, Inc. in Pasco, Washington. The Tomar Industries web site has been shut down. P.F. & S. Railway Supply is a brick-n-mortar model railroad hobby store started in 1987. They have no web site, but they do have a basic Facebook page.
