top secret modeling

How about the old secret White House under the mountain in White Sulfur Springs WV??? A small plain building at the mountain base is all that's needed!!

 

The Greenbrier that surrounds it would be more of a challenge!

The stuff below my layout's ground level is so secret, even I don't know what's down there!

I was envisioning some kind of bug-like being(s); until, the Pillsbury alien appeared, in the next picture.

Jim, that is a great scene. I do have to point out though that your alien doesn't quite match the prototype based on the ones I've seen. First off the color is not quite correct, it appears to be quite a few scale inchs too tall, and the hands and feet are not the the proper shape. I'd post pictures but I got to run there is a black helicopter landing in my yard.i

Not to mention MTH....

 

Last month I sent a team over to tell them that - but, they never returned.

 

Anyway, with those inaccuracies, I better not post the photo on the 3 rail scale forum!

I have a giant stealth nuclear research facility on my layout.  It is completely invisible tohide its awesome technology from foreign spies.  Nobody can see it, but trust me, it's there.

Highly secretive and classified Ambient Static Electricity Motor Technology research is conducted in this tall, grey building.

Maybe you should consider adding a Lionel phantom to your roster.Good thing I model steam, this diesel er... electric er...nuclear.... whatever it is, is creepy as h#$%. I don't think I could run it in the basement alone.

I was motorcyling some back roads about 40 years ago, and came across a top secret base up in the mountains.  Try as I might, I have never been able to find it again...spooky! 

 

If I ever do find it again , I'm gonna take some notes and model it on my layout.

BTW, O scale figures might look decent, in some kind of see-through container, suspended in clear silicone.
