Just how do you get that good? That is the best weathering, that I've seen, and seen some very, very good jobs, when attending the York weeks spring/fall. Keep up the "Super Great" work, as you have elevated your efforts from doing weathering, to "Art". This also means you can charge more, Just ask ole Picasso!..................Brandy

Thanks guys, those old wooden style cars have been very enjoyable to decorate!
They have so many decorating possibilities. Applying new and various techniques have kept my interest on several cars. I normally don’t model or focus on the steam or very modern eras.
The down side is trains are a hard item to sell these days in any form, new, used, weathered or whatever.
The suppliers, hobby, high prices and poor economy have the entire hobby in a slump.

Steve awesome weathering! I couldn't help but notice the superb job you've done on the track as well. Would love some pointers on realistic 3-rail roadbed and track techniques. I am just getting started on my first Lionel layout and want to make it as realistic as is possible.
