Train America Studios TAS-3550 EOB question | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

Would anyone have an instruction manual for a Train America Studios TAS-3550 EOB drop in board kit? I need to figure out where the center black wire, pin 2 belongs from the 3-pin housing in the middle DRDC board. If you have a pdf booklet or file for this kit, would you be willing to share it with us? Thank you!
