Yes, very nice. I like how "clean and crisp" it looks. I do not like layouts that have every square inch crammed with buildings or accessories and yours is very carefully edited. May I ask what trees those are?

Those are trees from the Woodland Scenics Tree Kits. I want to eventually drill into the layout to hide the wires, but I am currently satisfied.

Well done, I like the classic look.  Nice and simple and not overcrowded.  Is it about a 5x9 size layout.  I think more and closer photos are needed.  Thanks for posting.  Niick 

The layout is actually surprisingly large at 8' X 10'. None of the buildings are lighted because I am not ready to commit to final building or track placement. 

Also you will notice the movement of many of the buildings to try out a new configuration.

Exactly.   I love the old school look.

I got some new lionel fastrak O48 switches that I will be installing today as soon as i recieve my additional 4 O48 curves. I will use this to smoth the curve on the passing siding, then I will have two O36 switches freed up that I can play with!

 The switches are now in place with the O48 curves, but the gap is larger than expected. 

 I may need to do something about that.
