Looking for suggestion for a trip to Seattle?

Was in Seattle in early June. We took the train all the way from PHL-CHI-SEA and back SEA-CHI-WAS-PHL it was a great trip that was very enjoyable. We had a bedroom w private bath on the trains, the entire trip so the comfort level was optimum.
The city has but one large train store nearby, but King Street station has been restored to its former glory and nice to see. There are two operating trolleys but the third, the waterfront line is no longer there. Loads to see in SEA; Space Needle, Seattle Center, Monorail to downtown, Pike Place Market, History/ Science museums, the waterfront/Ferries/Boats, art exhibits and great food (if you know where to dine). If you have time and a car take a trip 2 1/2 hours South to Mt Rainier National Park. We stayed in the park at the National Park Inn and its beautiful there. The Mt Rainier scenic railroad 8 miles before the park entrance runs daily in summer and on many weekends before that.
If you are attending Carlisle and go to the OGR Thursday night event at Ruby Tuesdays, track me down and I will tell you all about what we found in Seattle. You can also reach me by email.
Forum member and nice guy Marty Fitzhenry and his girlfriend Dotty also recently took a Seattle trip and if you do a search, his post may still be in the archives. Marty may also be at York.
Thank you, we will be there before York however. I am in the silver Hall at York. We were thinking about the cascade loop , Mt Rainer, and a trip to the San Juan islands.
