In June I will be heading to myrtle beach for vacation. Any train stores in that's area worth going to?

Nothing that I know of. Purple Pappa closed his store in Conway and Bill Oberst did the same in Georgetown. The Christmas Shop located in Broadway at the Beach is also gone.
Enjoy the beaches,golf and the many eateries.

Not as much as there used to be. I know there's a hobby store within site of the Myrtle Beach Train Depot. You might what to stop by the Myrtle Beach Railroad Club they might be able to tell you what's around. I haven't looked for any train stores down there since the Great Train Store closed years ago.
I do not know of any train shops in Myrtle Beach. In the North Myrtle Beach Mall there is a train club with a layout open to the public.
