Does anyone know of any good train stores on Cape Cod? We go to Snows hardware store since we stay in nearby brewster when we are there. They have a nice display and some train items for sale. Just wondering if there are any other stores that can be recomended. Thanks.

Besides Snow's, years ago I would visit this fellow who had a shop in his house in a neighborhood. I don't know if he's still in business. He's close to Sandwich and near the air base.

You could visit Centerline Hobbies in Hyannis. Another fun thing to do out where you are is to visit the Nauset Maodel Railroad Club. The have an open house 7-9 every Wednesday night during July and August in Orleans. There is no charge to enjoy their O, S, HO, and N gauge layouts. A trip to Kate's in Brewster after that for ice cream makes for a perfect train related, inexpensive evening, especially if there are kids involved.

We've been vacationing on the Cape for the past 7 years and I have searched high and low for any and all train stores! Snow's and Centerline are the only ones I've found and visited. Thanks for the tip on the "Toy Doctor". I'll have to check his place out next summer.
