Trainstock 7 at the NJ HiRailers

Can't wait looking forward to it, it's one of the best days of the year!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

A note to all forum member's if you've never attended this event, you should really try and make it. A fantastic huge layout, awesome food, and great friends.

    I will be bringing a group from the Black Diamond Society of Model Engineers in Bethlehem as usual. We have not missed a Train Stock yet and this year is not the time to start. Will email you the details as time gets closer.

I would be honored to attend the best winter model railroad event in the NE. The club has always been a fantastic host for the OGR community.

We finally have found a dog/house sitter, so we will be there so long as we don't get a blizzard.

Well, the weather is always a wild card around here when you're planning stuff in January.

Your right Brian. A blizzard would definitely be a problem.  Now that we know our buddy Erol will be there I'll snow shoe to Paterson if I have too!!!

Ditto, I really need to go and hopefully 2015 will be the year.  This is a week before the Amherst show so it's a good start to my train week

If I have to put a snow plow on "Goldie" my SUV, I will be there. It is such a great day to celebrate both the Hi-Railers and OGR that it does not get any better than that!

I paid you good money years ago and bought you several beers to destroy all those pictures that were taken of me at Hooters when we were at York Now I see that you did not uphold your part of the deal. Do I need to tell MJ that you took many photos of the waitresses at Hooters for your benefit back then, so you can be in trouble with her?

 

Seriously, it will be good to see Paul Licata aka Railrunnin, Chris Lonero, Brian Vail aka Passenger Train Collector, Dr. Peter Condro, Pat and Jean Marinari, Joe, Don Close, Captain John, Skip Natale, the guys at the NJHR including Ben, John S. Vinnie, Alex M. and Dina, and all my other friends at Trainstock.

Six Trainstocks, and all have had good traveling weather.  Hoping this will be a lucky Seventh!

Erol, the devil made me do it... ... - it will be a fun two weeks of seeing everyone at Trainstock and The Big E in Amherst MA the following weekend.

 

Once again to get back on track with the thread, if you have never been try like heck to get to TrainStock. There is nothing else like it in our hobby.
