Chris, You da man. Great photos!
Wow Chris, now I see why the phone went dead, you took a LOT of pictures!
It started at 10AM. Things usually wind down after dessert which was served about 3PM.
Jim D.
We got there at 10:30 and left at 2:00. Would have liked to have stayed longer but we had a 4 hr. Ride back to Mass.
The truth is revealed!
The photo's are excellent! If you couldn't make it the photo's told the story. Great job Guy's!
Hi Richie
I hope to make Trainstock 8 next year with little one. You know how three years old are. He has been sick on and off for the last two month and the doc stated this is normal. He also takes a nap in the afternoon. If he does not take a nap he turns into a monster. Hopefully he will be well next Trainstock and I will see all of you then. Plus my mom came by to see him as well so the timing gods where not on our side this time.
Kris and Karl
Thank you everyone for a most enjoyable day at the NJ Hi-Railers. It was great seeing everybody. We had 225 guests. We went through 36 2 liter bottles of soda, 6 gallons of water, a bushel of mussels, 25 pounds of chicken cutlets, 2 cases of eggplant, 8 dozen eggs, 20 pounds of macaroni, 10 pounds of broccoli, 20 pounds of sausage, 10 pounds of bread crumbs, 60 pounds of cold cuts, 2 6 foot loaves of Italian bread, 20 pounds of chop meat, 15 pounds of hot dogs, 15 pounds of potatoes, 20 pounds of peppers, 10 pounds of onions, 12 cans of tomato sauce, 10 pounds of mozzarella and a gaggle of lettuce, a sheet cake, 80 cannoli's, 100 cream puffs, and 300 cups of coffee I must have been hungry And oh yeah a 1/4 keg of Budweiser
Here are a few more pics that were sent to me.
I think the funniest thing was how many people came up to me saying The Mario Brothers are the best I think they should go into brain washing

That's a party burger Ben! Maybe for the next TrainStock.
That sure is 1000 times bigger than the weenie slider Vinny gave you Saturday! And Yo Vin, can I order more cannolis? They were AWESOME! I'll even pay the shipping.
Just got home to Rhode Island .....
Our most sincere thanks to the always gracious hosts at TrainStock.
MJ and I had a ball seeing old friends, meeting new friends, trying once again to take in all that is "The Layout", and of course eating outstanding food. I'll post pictures later but I will say it one more time:
TrainStock - the BEST day in O Gauge Railroading.
Paul & MJ
Another Near miss for me. What does that make six? One of these years.
I'll add my note of thanks to the NJH crew. THANK YOU! I still can't believe the food was free! (yeah, I'm a noob).
I didn't know there was desert. We left shortly after lunch and walked the mall and PAID for desert...next year.
Thank you all!
A big thank you to all involved with Trainstock 7. This just keeps getting better every year. And though the trains are great, the people are even greater! It was nice to see some old friends I only get to see once a year. And Vinnie's food is out of this world.
Mr. Boyle, hope your flight back to OH was good.
Looking forward to Trainstock 8. Everyone of you guys is awesome!
Bill
Thank you to all the NJ Highrailers members for another great day and all those photos posted here on the forum. I'm in two of them one with Stu Rankin and the other with my friend Dr. Dan Lorieo and his wonderful daughter-in-law Kristin. Can't get over the quadruple headed Big Boy freight train. That's over eight thousand dollars worth of locomotives. Where else can you see something like that?
Well, I couldn't make Trainstock, but I'm on track for the February 8 open house show!
looking forward to it Bill
I was unable to attend due to knee surgery. How can I get a shirt and hat?
FoxChaserr,
Hats ar $18.00 which includes shipping. The shirts, they are $18.00 Plus a few dollars shipping. Brad needs to give you the exact cost and how to make out the check and where to send it. We can try to combine the shipment into 1 - Brads call on that.
For the hat send a check made out to NJ. Hi Railers
Sent the check to

Nice video Jeffrey. Glad everyone had a good time. It made the effort worthwhile.
Great job on the video Jeffrey!
Wow,great video, here are a couple more shots to add to the fun...
The women who make it all worthwhile...
I like this view of the yard...
Bernie and Kevin, pay no attention to that man behind the curtain
Ahhh, METCA President Stu flashes that winning smile
Out of focus? Depends what your focusing on.
What is the livery of this blue (what I think is) MTH set?
Conrail power pushing through with nice reflection off the telegraph wires.
Love this scene...
THIS IS SO COOL!
Alex had a working model of his Ash Pit and (in my best Seinfeld voice) It's Spectacular.
A shout out to Marty and Mike - hope to see you in this picture next year.
feel free to insert your own caption...

Paul that blue subway set is NY City Transit Lo-V models The color was for the 1939 Worlds fair
Thanks Ben, it really caught my attention.
Paul
Just a question. Do you ever run anything on the EZ Streets line that appears to make a complete loop under the EL? Seeing something running on the EL, the street and at subway level would really be something.
@necrails Trolleys run under the EL and over by train station on e-z streets.
Trainstock 7 hats are still available. We've got a few left. They are $15 per hat. Postage is $6 for 1 to 5 hats. So if you want a few for friends, you can save on the postage.
Just send a check to NJ HiRailers at 185 6th Avenue, Paterson, NJ 07524, attn Gerry Morlitz. Tell me what you want and we'll get it out to you.
Gerry
