In 2007, the Washington Nationals affiliate Syracuse Chiefs Triple A Minor League Baseball team and Jr Junction Train & Hobby joined together to build an O scale train to commemorate the hometown team. A complete train was built over the course of 5 years featuring rolling stock custom decorated by Weaver Models and this MTH Electric Trains 2-8-0 Consolidation Steam Locomotive, also decorated by Weaver Models. The rolling stock are all sold out, but we still have a very limited supply of steam locomotives available. This locomotive has the official Syracuse Chiefs team logo pad printed by Weaver Models on the Tender and decals on the locomotive body.
