Many forum articles have advised placing TVS's within Legacy engines. Would someone please explain where exactly these should be "wired" and provide pictures. Thank you.

GRJ is a big advocate for this and it does make sense. Wire in the TVS as close as possible to the electronics you want to protect.
When I install them I put them where the Hot & Common input wires are tied together from the pickup rollers.

I don't have pictures, but they just go directly across the power pickup from the track.
