Pretty sure that ONLY Digital Subscribes are able view them. You do not appear to be a Digital Subscriber.

Huh? You mean you didn't see the big red block that says "Helpful Videos for OGR DIGITAL SUBSCRIBERS" at the top of each forum?????

Well, that's an excellent point, but I'm not sure how I test it. 
Digital Subscribers have this banner to the right of their name:
When a digital sub goes to the home page they see this at the top of the Forum List:
Someone who is NOT a digital subscriber sees only this at the top of the Forum List:
That YouTube banner appears at the top of EVERY page:
There ya go...
