Union Station model in OGR Run 327 Dec. 2022 / Jan. 2023 Issue | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

In the latest issue of OGR - Run 327 - in the story on "A New York Central Christmas" - Page 58, the photo shows a very nice model of the authors Union Station. Does anyone know who made this building ? It doesn't appear to be a Dept. 56 issue - perhaps I'm wrong. Hopefully the author, Ronnie Tong Jr. or someone else could point me in the right direction. Thanks for any info.

Sorry. I just joined, thats my layout In edition 327 December 2022. It's a Hawthorne Villiage Union station.
